1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, redeeming access, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use Prowiso for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so. These documents are available before checkout and may be saved or printed for your records.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep your password or invitation code confidential. One account is for one person unless a written organizational agreement says otherwise. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Existing accounts must sign in before purchasing additional access; guest checkout cannot replace an existing member’s credentials.
3. Learning access
Prowiso provides digital professional-learning content, including modules, episodes, slide lessons, questions, resources, and related tools. Available content may evolve as the platform improves. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. Course completion does not guarantee employment, promotion, regulatory qualification, or a particular business result.
4. Trials and invitation access
Trial and invitation access may be limited by time, module count, invitation code, or campaign rules shown at activation. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
5. Paid memberships and billing
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Before payment, Prowiso identifies the operator and service, selected plan, module allowance, billing currency, total recurring price, renewal interval, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms. You have an opportunity to review and correct account and plan information before continuing to Stripe. Stripe processes payments; Prowiso does not store complete card details. Taxes may be added where required. Currency conversion or bank charges imposed by a card issuer are the customer’s responsibility.
Your Stripe checkout confirmation, invoice or receipt, together with these Terms, the plan information accepted at checkout, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, forms the electronic record of your subscription. Keep the confirmation for your records. Contact us if you need another copy.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the member billing portal or by emailing admin@hykaizenconsulting.com from the address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available through that period unless access is suspended for misuse, chargeback, fraud, or a material breach. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, publicly display, bypass access controls, share credentials, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, or use Prowiso unlawfully. Reasonable downloads expressly provided as resources may be used for your own learning or internal work, but may not be sold or republished.
8. Intellectual property
Prowiso, its course structure, text, slides, graphics, questions, software, trademarks, and original resources are owned by HY Kaizen Consulting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update features, content, prices for future billing periods, or these Terms. Material subscription changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect where required.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Prowiso provides educational information, not legal, accounting, investment, medical, safety-engineering, or other regulated professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available,” and indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, non-payment, credential sharing, security threats, infringement, unlawful conduct, or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid membership at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
13. Contact and legal notices
Questions, cancellation notices, and other notices may be sent to admin@hykaizenconsulting.com or mailed to HY Kaizen Consulting, 45768 Safflower Crescent, Chilliwack, BC, Canada V2R 0H6. You may also call 604 9977073.
